Each entry has contributed to a mosaic of hopeful visions for our country’s future, reflecting the diverse aspirations and dreams of our young voices. We are excited to move to the next phase of carefully evaluating your work. The task ahead is immense, but we are committed to honouring your efforts with the attention and respect they deserve.
To those who have submitted their films, thank you for taking the leap and joining us in this celebration of young voices. Your stories have not only contributed to the competition but have also sown seeds for the narrative of our nation, 30 years on.

The Young Voices competition is open to all South Arican youth throughout the country.
18 to 35 Years
Youth between the ages of 18 and 35 years are called to submit their very own 5-minute film under the theme, “the South Africa you want – 30 years on”.
