Vuyani Sondlo

Vuyani is a film practitioner with over 25 years of experience having started out in the early 1990’s. Over these years he has been a practicing film editor and a visiting lecturer at various higher learning institutions in the country (including AFDA; Wits Film and TV school; Monash South Africa and Big Fish School of Digital Filmmaking). He also helps younger up and coming filmmakers with their projects in a hands-on skills and knowledge transference.

He has worked on numerous feature films, documentaries and television series both locally and internationally. In 1999 he was invited to join the South African Guild of Editors, SAGE, as a full member. He is also a member of the the American Cinema Editors, ACE, international partnership.
